These terms cover the digital worksheets sold by Varnexi Studio. By buying or downloading one of our files, you agree to them.
What you are buying
You are buying a digital file — a PDF designed to be printed at home or at school. No physical item is posted to you. Nothing will arrive in the mail.
All purchases are made through our Etsy shop. Etsy handles the payment and the delivery of your download, and Etsy's own terms apply to that side of the transaction.
What you may do with the files
- Print the pages as many times as you like, for as long as you like.
- Use them with your own children, or with children you care for.
- Use them in your own classroom or tutoring sessions.
- Print a copy for each child in your class or group.
What you may not do
- Re-sell, share or give away the files, or a printed version of them, for money or as a freebie.
- Upload the files anywhere they could be downloaded by other people, including file-sharing sites, groups or cloud folders open to others.
- Claim the designs as your own, or pass them off as made by you or anyone else.
- Alter the files and then sell or distribute the altered version.
- Use the designs in a product you sell, or in any commercial offering of your own.
In short: use them freely with the children in front of you, but please do not become a second seller of them.
Printing and results
Our pages are laid out to print clearly on ordinary paper in black and white. Print quality also depends on your printer, your paper and your printer settings, which are outside our control — so we cannot guarantee a particular result on a particular machine.
Digital purchases and refunds
Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, digital purchases are generally not refundable. That said, if something is wrong — the file will not open, a page is missing, or the set is not what the listing described — please tell us. We would rather put it right than leave you with something that does not work.
Copyright
All worksheets, designs and text sold by Varnexi Studio remain the copyright of Varnexi Studio. Buying a file gives you the right to use it as set out above. It does not transfer ownership of the designs to you.
Educational use
Our worksheets are general learning materials. They are not a formal curriculum, and they are not a substitute for teaching, assessment or professional advice about a child's learning needs.
