Who we are
Varnexi Studio is a small independent seller of printable digital worksheets for parents, teachers and home educators. We sell our products through Etsy, and we keep a Pinterest page where we share our work.
For the purposes of data protection law, Varnexi Studio is the data controller for the small amount of personal information described below.
What this website collects
This website does not collect any personal information. It is a set of plain pages. Specifically, this website:
- does not use cookies;
- does not use analytics or tracking scripts;
- does not have a contact form, account system, or login;
- does not load fonts, images or scripts from other companies' servers;
- does not set advertising or marketing cookies.
Because no personal data is collected by this website, there is nothing on this website to request, correct or delete.
What our Etsy shop collects
All purchases are made on Etsy, not on this website. When you buy from us, Etsy processes your order and payment as the platform. Through Etsy we can see the information needed to fulfil your order — for example your Etsy username, the item you bought, and the order total. We do not receive your full card or bank details; Etsy handles payment.
Etsy's own privacy policy explains how Etsy handles your information. It is available on Etsy's website and applies whenever you use Etsy.
What our Pinterest page collects
We maintain a Pinterest page to share our worksheets. Pinterest is a separate company and its own privacy policy governs what it collects when you view or interact with our pins. We can see aggregate information that Pinterest shows to page owners, such as how many people viewed or saved a pin. We do not receive the identity of individual people who view our pins.
Why we hold information
Where we do hold personal information through Etsy, we use it only to:
- deliver the digital files you have bought;
- answer questions you send us;
- resolve a problem with an order;
- meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You also have the right to object to how it is used, and to complain to a data protection authority.

The quickest way to reach us is through Etsy, where our shop is VarnexiStudio. Open the shop and use the Message the seller option. Messages sent that way reach us directly and are the best route for any privacy request, including a request to see, correct or delete your information.
If you are writing about an order, please include your Etsy order number so we can find it quickly.
How long we keep information
Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes. Anything not required for that is deleted once the reason for holding it has passed.
Children
Our products are learning materials made for young children, but they are bought by adults — parents, carers, teachers and schools. This website and our shop are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
